Background: 
Ralph Redmond graduated from the IU School of Business in 1974.  For the next 30 year he served local industry in quality control and manufacturing supervision. 

For the next phase of his career, he considered several alternitives.  "I decided to seek a small business in which I could apply my operations and quality control skill set.  The next step was to find a field that fit in with my many interests including gardening and outdoor activities"  Landscape lighting turned out to be a great fit.

" I carefully researched the Landscape lighting industry.  I was initially attracted to landscape lighting franchise operations of which, there are many.  Upon further investigation, it became clear that I could serve my customers far better without the constraints and overhead of a franchise.  As an independent, I am positioned to design lighting systems that best fit my customers' tastes and desires."
